# Terms

By accessing and using The Market Stalker platform, you agree to comply with the following terms. The Market Stalker offers tools related to cryptocurrency, such as analytics, alerts, token discovery, and influencer tracking. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or any guarantees. All information is for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and are encouraged to conduct your own research and due diligence before acting on any insights from the platform.

Access to any features requires holding an amount of $STLKR tokens or a subscription paid in $STLKR tokens to ETH. Details regarding pricing, tiers, and available functionality can be found in the Tiers & Access section. All payments and sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. By using our services, you agree to the terms related to token use and understand that access depends on an active subscription.

The Market Stalker reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, including paid features, at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to fraud, account manipulation, unauthorised data scraping, spam, interference with bots or alert systems, or intellectual property violations, may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. We also reserve the right to restrict or revoke access if your actions negatively affect other users or the platform’s stability.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.themarketstalker.com/help-and-resources/terms.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
